Reservations
Availability, price, meeting details, included items and language are shown on each tour page and in the booking confirmation. Please review those details before completing a reservation.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation and rescheduling conditions displayed during booking apply to the selected experience. Day trips and partner-operated services may have product-specific conditions.
Participation
Guests should arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time, follow reasonable guide instructions and inform BTrip of accessibility, health or group requirements before the tour.
Changes outside our control
Routes, access and timing may change because of weather, traffic, closures, public events or other circumstances outside BTrip’s control. The team will offer the safest practical alternative.
