Cancellations

BTrip Bucharest Tour Association reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time prior to departure if, due to natural disasters, political instability, terrorism or other external events it is not safe or possible for us to operate the planned tour. If we cancel your tour, we will notify you through all available means. Should you have already paid for the cancelled services, you will receive a full refund less any unrecoverable costs on our side.

Responsibility on your side

The people participating on the tours organized by BTrip Bucharest Tour Association or those making bookings online are responsible for their own and their party’s actions.
If BTrip Bucharest Tour Association deems you or your party’s actions to cause danger to other participants on the tours or our staff, to intervene with other clients’ enjoyment of the tour, or to be offensive to the local communities and cultures, BTrip Bucharest Tour Association reserve the right to remove you from the tour effectively immediately.
You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange, and drug regulations of all countries visited.

Acceptance of risk

You acknowledge that your tour may involve a degree of personal risk.
The organizers and collaborators from BTrip Bucharest Tour Association will try to make each tour as safe as possible for the participants and will terminate the services should the safety requirements not be met.
However, any accidents that may take place on the duration of the tours organized by BTrip Bucharest Tour Association will not be the responsibility of the aforementioned tour provider.
You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you are aware of the personal risks that exist upon such travel.

Travel insurance

It is advisable that all people who participate on a BTrip Bucharest Tour have valid and comprehensive travel insurance.
